Underwhelming Stay

repetitive food rude staff

The food was repetitious. I ate the same meals almost everyday. There was not AC in the restaurants. The pool bar staff were very rude too, except for the people at the sea bar. The stairs were a challenge. Carrying anything to the pool meant going up and down a lot of steps in that heat.

i liked the place. the rooms were new and immaculate. i liked the beach. i advise you to take your sea glasses with you. the employees are polite and sweet.

wifi was only free in the lobby. getting it for the room, you had to pay for it. it is not acceptable for a five-star hotel.

faulty air conditioning thin walls

the hotel location was acceptable.

I encountered a couple of problems. first, my room's air conditioning barely worked, really irritating during the hot days. then, the noise level was high. Thin walls meant i could hear my neighbors talking and kids running around the hall all night.

nice food helpful staff

the rooms was renewed with comfort in mind and very clean. the staff were helpful when i needed them. the food had nice varieties at all times.

the coffee machine was old with the same coffee in each bar.

I found the staff helpful. Essam at reception ensured check-in was smooth. diablo and joe from the animation team brought fun to each day. mohamed from housekeeping kept the room super clean.

The room service exceeded my expectations each day. They maintained great cleanliness. The resort includes diverse dining options. I appreciated the available choices. The animation team organized activities. It helped keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. I found the on-site snorkeling convenient. The beach access was a big plus.

I noticed a limited variety of desserts during dinner. The main buffet closes relatively early.

musty odor barely functional air conditioning

The room I was given had issues. There was a persistent musty odor I couldn't ignore. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. It was barely functional. These issues.
