The food was repetitious. I ate the same meals almost everyday. There was not AC in the restaurants. The pool bar staff were very rude too, except for the people at the sea bar. The stairs were a challenge. Carrying anything to the pool meant going up and down a lot of steps in that heat.

wifi was only free in the lobby. getting it for the room, you had to pay for it. it is not acceptable for a five-star hotel.

the hotel location was acceptable.

I encountered a couple of problems. first, my room's air conditioning barely worked, really irritating during the hot days. then, the noise level was high. Thin walls meant i could hear my neighbors talking and kids running around the hall all night.

The animation team organized activities. It helped keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. I found the on-site snorkeling convenient. The beach access was a big plus.

I noticed a limited variety of desserts during dinner. The main buffet closes relatively early.
